1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WDC Studio governing your access to and use of the wdc.studio platform and all related services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. The services

WDC Studio provides a suite of digital services for businesses, including but not limited to ERP tools, marketing automation, messaging, e-commerce connectors, and analytics. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid service, we will notify you in advance.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must use the services in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, and anti-spam regulations.
• You may not use the services to send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice; revised prices take effect at your next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the affected services.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to or generate within the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains the property of WDC Studio. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or intellectual property except as needed to use the services.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the services available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical. Support is provided through the channels listed on our website.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDC Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach after notice.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WDC Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced via the platform or by email, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
